Skin aging is a natural process, however, it can go faster or slower depending on certain conditions.

Mechanical aging of skin is a result of human living. We talk, change facial expressions and move our face muscles every day throughout our lives. Therefore, as time goes by we get more and more wrinkles on our face. Of course, nobody can avoid mechanical aging, however, you can try to avoid things that could make it worse. Try to avoid squinting, pursing your lips or other habits that could cause new wrinkles on your face. Do not rub your face, avoid taking thinker position (chin or chick in hand), try to sleep on your back so your face is not wrinkled by a pillow. Also get enough sleep and avoid weight fluctuations.
